ULTREIA Returns Policy

At ULTREIAWAY we strive to offer high-quality gastronomic packages carefully prepared from Paradela (Lugo), right at Km 100 of the Camino de Santiago .

Due to the nature of our food products, the following return conditions apply.

📦 Food products

In accordance with current regulations on electronic commerce and consumer protection, food products cannot be returned once delivered , except in the following cases:

  • Product damaged during transport

  • Defective product

  • Order shipment error

🚚 Product damaged during transport

If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or contents:

  1. Inform the carrier at the time of delivery if possible.

  2. Contact us as soon as possible by sending photos of the package and the product.

Once the incident has been reviewed, we can proceed to:

  • the shipment of a new product, or

  • the refund of the corresponding amount.

❗ Defective product or order error

If you detect any problem with your order (defective product or incorrect item), you must contact us within the first 24 hours after receiving the package .

To manage the incident, you will need to indicate:

  • order number

  • photographs of the product received

After verifying the issue, we will offer:

  • product replacement, or

  • refund of the corresponding amount.

🔁 Order Cancellation

You can request the cancellation of your order if it has not yet been prepared or shipped .

To do this, you must write to us as soon as possible indicating your order number.

If the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel it.
